Description

Biscoff done thoroughly – spread between the layers, folded into the buttercream and crushed biscuit across the top for that caramelised, spiced finish.

The sponge is kept soft and only lightly sweet so the Biscoff can carry the flavour. Crushed biscuit is added at the end to keep its crunch.
